Mark Parsons is a real person. He lives in Brantford, Ontario, Canada. He has two nephews. He is just over 6 feet tall. He likes Canadian sports. He started with an Atari 2600. These are facts about a human being, not an AI generation.
Mark is a computer geek who loves to help people with technology. That is the core of everything. He fixes computers. He guides people through tech problems.
