Computer Technician & Technology Helper
I'm Mark. I fix computers in Brantford, Ontario. If your machine is acting up, if you need help setting something up, or if you just want to know what to buy before you waste money on tech you don't need -- that's what I do.
Mark has two nephews who he considers the best nephews in the entire world. No competition. Nobody can argue with this.
He's frugal about most things in life, but he spares no expense when it comes to them. If it matters to them, it matters to him. That's just how it works.
Mark is a die-hard Canadian sports fan. He cheers for local and national teams even when it hurts. Especially when it hurts. There's no middle ground with this stuff – you're either in or you're out, and Mark has been in since the beginning.
First system: the Atari 2600. This was before the NES became a household name, before everyone had one. Mark was there at the start.
The NES (Nintendo Entertainment System) shaped him too, and you'll notice that influence across this page. The blocky layouts, the color choices, the pixel borders – it all goes back to staring at a CRT television playing games as a kid in Canada.
Mark is just getting into AI. It scares him, it excites him, it confuses him, and about 100 other things he can't quite name. He's working through it the same way he works through everything: by taking it one step at a time and asking a lot of questions.
This entire website is proof of that process. AI helped build it.
