Mark Parsons is the human at the centre of all of this. He is a real person based in Brantford, Ontario. He is a computer geek who loves to help people. He repairs computers, sets up networks, removes malware, builds custom machines, and answers technology questions with patience and good humour.

He is also a proud resident of a city that has seen its fair share of Leafs heartbreak, which only makes his spirit stronger.
