Every single day, an AI model rebuilds this entire site from scratch. The colours change. The layout changes. The jokes change. The pixel art changes. But the heart of it — Mark, his work, his love of helping people — stays exactly the same.
So if you visit tomorrow and it looks completely different, don't worry. That's the whole point.
Yes. Mark Parsons is a real person.
He really lives in Brantford, Ontario. He really fixes computers. He really answers his email. He's not a character, not a mascot, not a stock photo. He's a real human being with real tools and real patience.
Mark is a computer geek who genuinely loves to help people. That's not marketing — that's just who he is. If you ask him a question about your laptop, he will probably answer it, and probably enjoy answering it, even if you're not paying him.
It's a small, friendly demonstration of what modern AI can do — and a nice way to give Mark's little corner of the internet some daily variety.
