Hi there — I'm Mark. I've been tinkering with computers since the days when you'd hear that famous dial-up handshake from the kitchen and your mom would yell because she needed the phone line.
I live and work in Brantford, Ontario, where I fix computers, untangle Wi-Fi, rescue lost photos, and patiently explain why the printer is doing that thing again. No question is too small. No router is too dusty.
I learned most of what I know from my dad, who could fix just about anything with a screwdriver, a coffee, and a quiet bit of patience. I try to bring that same approach to every job.
