My name is Mark Parsons, and I'm a computer technician based right here in Brantford, Ontario — home of Wayne Gretzky and, arguably, the best computer repair in the Grand River region.

I've been fixing computers and helping people with technology for years. Whether you're a senior citizen who just wants to video-call the grandkids, or a small business owner whose machine has gone completely sideways, I'm here to help.
