What I do
Repair & Troubleshooting
Broken screen, won't boot, running slow. I diagnose the problem and fix it. If I can't fix it, I'll tell you that too.
Virus & Malware Removal
Pop-ups, slow performance, weird behaviour. I clean your machine and help you avoid getting hit again.
Network & Internet Setup
Home Wi-Fi, wired connections, printer sharing. I get your devices talking to each other.
Data Recovery
Lost files, failed drives, accidental deletion. I do my best to get your important data back.
Phone & Tablet Support
Setup, troubleshooting, transfers. I work with the devices you actually carry around.
Senior & Family Tech Help
Patient, no-rush help for people who just want their technology to work without the stress.
Watch out for computer scammers
If someone calls you claiming to be from Microsoft, your internet provider, or any company you didn't contact — hang up. They will never call you about an error on your computer.
These scammers prey on people who don't know better. They'll get remote access to your machine and steal your information. I deal with this kind of thing all the time, and it's one of the things I hate most about this line of work.
If you're not sure whether a call or email is legitimate, send me an email. I'll tell you the truth.
Fake Windows error messages
Your computer will not show you a full-screen red or blue warning telling you to call a phone number. Windows doesn't work that way. If you see that, close the browser. Don't call the number. Don't enter any information.
I grew up around computers. They were the thing that made sense to me — you pull the right wire, swap the right part, run the right diagnostic, and the machine starts working again. There's a real satisfaction in that.
I want to share a personal thing here. My father had Multiple Sclerosis. Watching him deal with a condition that no one could really fix — and watching how people in our community rallied around our family — shaped the way I think about helping people. With computers, I can usually fix the problem. It's not a cure for everything, but it's something I can do well, and I take that seriously.
I'm a computer geek. I love this stuff. And I love helping people with it.
