geek · wrench in hand · darts on the side
Hi, I'm Mark Parsons. I'm a computer technician right here in Brantford, Ontario. I take machines that are acting up — slow, frozen, full of errors, full of questions — and I get them working again. No jargon if you don't want it, no mystery if you do.
I'm the kind of guy who actually reads the error message before I panic, and who will walk you through the fix on a call until it clicks.
When I'm not under a tower, you'll find me at the darts board or behind a pool table — every form of it, English eight-ball to the snooker-ish stuff. Darts for the reflexes, pool for the geometry.
And I'm a regular player in Roblox and Minecraft, mostly alongside my nephews. Watching them build things I couldn't figure out at their age is half the fun.
Full transparency: I'm not a fan of Apple products — primarily because of the cost. For most people a well-built PC or laptop does the same job at a lot less. I'll still help you with whatever you already own, of course; the goal is a working computer, not a brand war.
This little site isn't a normal one. It's regenerated every single day by an AI model, so it looks different whenever you visit — the design, the layout, the whole vibe. It's a live demonstration of how far AI technology has come, wrapped around a real person's real job. Want the full story on what it's for?
