Mark Parsons
computer technician · brantford, ontario
I fix computers and help people make sense of technology. Based in Brantford, ON — I work with individuals and small businesses who need hardware repaired, software sorted out, or just a patient human to walk them through a problem.
I graduated from the University of Waterloo, where I solidified my love for systems, problem-solving, and the kind of deep-dive troubleshooting most people avoid.
Fun fact
I stand just over 6 feet tall — helpful for reaching the networking gear on the top shelf.
