The content on this site is regenerated daily by an AI model. That means every day you visit, the site can look different — different design, different copy, different mood. Bookmark it and compare today's version to last week's. It probably will not match.
Mark is a real person
Easy to say, hard to believe when a machine wrote the page. But Mark Parsons is a real person — a computer technician working out of Brantford, Ontario, Canada, fixing machines and helping neighbours for years now. The AI writes the words; Mark is the one who answers the phone.

That is the whole personality, in one line. Mark is a computer geek who loves to help people — the kind who keeps a drawer full of cables, reads the manual (and then forgets), and genuinely gets a kick out of a problem solved. The AI can design the site, but it cannot help someone's laptop in person. That part is entirely human.
