Despite the automated magic behind the scenes, there’s a very human element at the heart of this project. Mark is a real person. He isn't a bot, a persona, or a fictional character. He's a dedicated computer technician based in Brantford, Ontario, who has spent years helping everyday folks troubleshoot tech issues, rebuild systems, and feel more confident in a digital world.
Mark is also a computer geek who loves to help people. Whether it’s recovering lost data, explaining how networks actually work, or setting up a home server, his passion for technology is matched only by his patience and willingness to lend a hand (or a terminal).
