Hi. I'm Mark Parsons. I live in Brantford, Ontario, Canada and I fix computers. I'm here to help people who have technology problems — whether it's a slow PC, a broken laptop, or just figuring out why the internet isn't working. I also run my own website, markparsons.com.

I've had my goatee since 1996. That's over 25 years. Some things in life are just right, and a goatee happens to be one of them.
⚙ What I Do
I repair computers for folks in Brantford and the surrounding area. Hardware fixes, software setups, data recovery, general tech help — if it plugs in, I can probably work on it.
💻 My Computers
I've run Linux and OS/2 extensively over the years. If it's open source and gives me control, I'm into it. I have a low opinion of Windows — sorry, not sorry. I've seen what it does to people's machines.
😋 My Pet Peeves
I hate black licorice. I don't care what anyone says. It's the worst thing that exists and I will fight anyone who disagrees with me about this.
Things I Object To
Black licorice. Forced software updates. People who say "have you tried turning it off and on again?" to me when I'm the one who says that to them. And yes, I still maintain that Windows is overrated. I've used Linux and OS/2 enough to know that there are better ways.
