Meet Mark Parsons. He lives in Brantford, Ontario. He fixes computers for a living and has been doing it long enough that he remembers when 640K of RAM was considered generous. He is a real person — not a robot, not an AI, not a very convincing puppet.
Mark is a computer geek who genuinely loves helping people. He has fixed PCs for grandparents, set up networks for small businesses, and once helped a guy whose computer was haunted by 47 browser tabs open since 2019. The computer was fine. The guy was the one who needed help.
Here's the thing about Mark: he is frugal about literally everything. He buys ink on sale. He hoards USB cables like they're gold bars (they basically are). He has a spreadsheet tracking the cost-per-use of every appliance he owns. Except his nephews. For his nephews, Mark is absolutely not frugal. They get the good stuff. He would buy the whole computer store if they asked. It's the one exception. It's not even close.
He once tried to negotiate with a vending machine using a paperclip and sheer willpower. The vending machine won. He still thinks about that day.
This site doesn't do hype. There are no neon "BUY NOW" buttons screaming at you. No fake countdown timers. No "only 3 spots left!" nonsense. Mark doesn't believe in that stuff. If you need help with your computer, he'll help you. If you don't, you can leave. The door is that way. No hard feelings. Probably.
His idea of a party is having all his monitors on at once. His neighbours think he's a cult leader. He's just organizing photos.
Mark builds things. He breaks things. He puts them back together. He charges a fair price and doesn't add hidden fees. He will not try to sell you an extended warranty on a toaster. (He tried once. The toaster was fine.)
He has a pet rock named "Sir Reboots-a-Lot." The rock provides excellent emotional support and has never caused a blue screen. Performance is outstanding.
