Hey there! I'm Mark, and I fix computers. Not the fancy corporate kind of fixing where they upsell you a new machine every six months. The real kind. The kind where we actually figure out what's wrong and make it right.

Based in Brantford, Ontario, I've been helping people with technology since floppy disks were actually floppy. Whether you're running the latest Windows, a vintage Linux box, or somehow still keeping that old Commodore alive, I've got your back.

What I Do

The Mark Parsons Difference

I don't believe in planned obsolescence. I don't believe in selling you things you don't need. I believe in fixing what's broken, explaining what happened, and teaching you how to avoid it next time. Call me old-fashioned, but I think that's how it should be.

If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
If it is broke, let's actually fix it.
If it can't be fixed, I'll tell you straight.
No upsells. No nonsense. Just honest work.

A Bit About Me

I grew up in the era of 8-bit computing, when you had to understand how things worked because there was no Google to ask. The Commodore 64 taught me that computers aren't magic — they're logical, fixable, and honestly pretty friendly once you get to know them.

I'm a bit of a computer geek (okay, a lot of a geek), slightly grumpy about modern tech trends, deeply Canadian, and I genuinely love helping people. There's nothing better than seeing someone's face light up when their "broken" computer comes back to life, or when they finally understand why something works the way it does.

Why Choose Local?

When you work with me, you're not getting a ticket number and a call center. You're getting a real person who lives in your community, drinks the same Tim Hortons coffee, and genuinely cares about doing right by you.

I've seen the tech industry change a lot over the years, and not all of it for the better. But I'm still here, still fixing computers, still believing that honest work and fair prices matter. That's not going to change.
