My name is Mark Parsons. I fix computers in Brantford, Ontario — the Telephone City, hometown of Wayne Gretzky and the place where Alexander Graham Bell first dreamed up the telephone. I sport a respectable goatee, I cheer (suffer) for the Toronto Maple Leafs, and there is a Linux box humming in the corner of my workshop that has been up longer than some of my customers' marriages.

If your PC is slow, your laptop won't boot, your printer hates you, or your Wi-Fi keeps dropping during Hockey Night in Canada, give me a shout. I help neighbours, small businesses, and the occasional confused relative all across Brant County.
