Welcome to Mark's Tech Haven
Hey there, I'm Mark Parsons, your friendly neighborhood computer technician from Brantford, Ontario. Yes, that's right—Brantford. The city where the Internet goes to die a slow, lonely death. But hey, someone's gotta keep it running, right?
Here are some things I love (or hate, depending on how you look at it):
- I'm a die-hard Toronto Maple Leafs fan. Yes, that's a mistake. Every single year, I rebuild my hope like a house of cards in a hurricane. But hey, at least I have the jersey.
- I run two Proxmox virtualization nodes. Why have one server when you can virtualize everything—even your toaster (I'm still working on that part).
- Black licorice? More like black misery. I'd rather chew on a shoelace. Seriously, why does anyone like that stuff?
- Mom's home-cooked meals are the only thing keeping me from living solely on ramen. Bless her soul (and her cooking skills).
- Rocking the goatee since 1996. Still waiting for it to go out of style. Good luck with that.
