Mark Parsons
Your Friendly Neighborhood Computer Geek in Brantford, Ontario, Canada!
Hi! I'm Mark. I fix computers and help people with technology. If your PC is slow, has a virus, or just needs an upgrade, I'm your guy!
About Me:
- I've been running Linux since 1995, starting with Slackware from those color.gz and bare.i floppy disks! True OG.
- Proud alumnus of Pauline Johnson High School right here in Brantford.
- Yes, I actually won a Governor General's Award. It was for a community tech literacy project!
- I'm frugal (okay, cheap) about most things... but I spare no expense for my awesome nephews.
- I still own my original 3dfx Voodoo 1 graphics card — the card that launched consumer 3D gaming! It's in a display case.
What I Do:
Virus removal, hardware upgrades, data recovery, operating system installs (Windows, Linux, macOS), network setup, tech tutoring for seniors, and more!
